Dark Chocolate Caramel Brownie Cups!⁣

I made these last weekend and they are amazing! Grain free, dairy free, and the only sweetness comes from the dates. Healthy and delicious!! Super easy to make too. ⁣

(𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝟼-𝟽 𝘤𝘶𝘱𝘴) ⁣

✅ 1 cup Almond Flour ⁣
✅ 1/4 cup Cacao or Carob Powder⁣
✅ 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour ⁣
✅ 1/2 tsp Cinnamon ⁣
✅ 1/4 tsp Sea Salt ⁣
✅ 1 Egg⁣
✅ 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted ⁣
✅ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract⁣

Middle Layer
✅ 10 Pitted Dates⁣
✅ 3 Tbsp Boiling Water ⁣
✅ 1/3 cup Coconut Manna ⁣
✅ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract ⁣
✅ 1/4 tsp Sea Salt ⁣

Top Layer
✅ 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips ⁣
✅ 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil⁣
✅ Pinch of Sea Salt ⁣


Preheat oven to 350F and line a muffin tin with paper or silicone muffin liners. ⁣

𝟭. In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients and combine well. ⁣
𝟮. Using a tablespoon, scoop a heap of dough into each cup and press it flat down to the edges, making an even bottom layer. ⁣
𝟯. Cook in the preheated oven for 13min and then cool completely (I use the freezer). ⁣

Middle Layer
𝟰. Once the base layer has cooled, add the dates and boiling water to a blender and blend until puréed. ⁣
𝟱. Add the rest of the middle layer ingredients and blend until smooth. ⁣
𝟲. Evenly distribute among the cups and spread out, making sure that the layer covers the bottom layer. Its easier if you use the back of a wet spoon. Let cool completely. ⁣

Top Layer
𝟳. In a double boiler, or metal bowl over a simmering pot of water, add all the ingredients and combine until melted. ⁣
8. Pour melted chocolate over the cups, spreading it out evenly. Cool completely. ⁣

Store in a sealed container in the fridge. If you don’t eat them all (unlikely)! ⁣
