Green Smoothies… My Fav!!

Not always though. I have completely changed my relationship with food over the last several months!

I went from HATING to cook my whole life, to LOVING to cook.

What changed? I completed a Mindvalley Program called WildFit that opened my mind to all of the garbage information that is out there from the food and diet industries.

I learned how I think about food, what food feels good for MY body, and what food does not make me feel good. Armed with this knowledge I started to actually enjoy the challenge of creating meals that make me feel good.

There is no one size fits all approach to health, but there are some foundational guidelines that you can learn and then build on for your needs. This is what I have done and I hope to share some of what I have learned!

I will share recipes that I love that are all: 💚 Grain Free, 💚 Dairy Free, and have 💚 No Refined Sugar. This is what makes my body feel good. Feel free to adapt as you like, because your body is different and deserves your own custom designed approach.

This photo is of what I typically put in my green smoothies. I try to rotate my greens to make sure I am getting a variety of nutrients each day. It is far more important to make sure we are getting enough nutrients in the day than it is to worry about “bad” foods. Green smoothies work for me.
