Thai Basil Ground Beef Bowl

This is one of my go-to meals for WildFit spring. It’s super quick, easy, and delicious! It is also great to take in a thermos for lunch/ travel/ camping.
I usually serve this on its own or over cauliflower rice.
✅ 500g Lean Ground Beef
✅ 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
✅ 2 Stalks of Green Onion, sliced
✅ 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced
✅ 1 bunch Asparagus, chopped
✅ 2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
✅ 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
✅ 1/4 cup Thai Basil
✅ Sea Salt to taste
1. Brown the beef in a medium pan over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the garlic, green onion, ginger and asparagus. Cook until the asparagus is tender, about 4min.
3. Add the coconut aminos, hot sauce, and basil. Cook for 30 seconds and remove from heat.
4. Taste and season as needed with salt or additional coconut aminos/ hot sauce.
