Thai Basil Ground Beef Bowl

This is one of my go-to meals for WildFit spring. It’s super quick, easy, and delicious! It is also great to take in a thermos for lunch/ travel/ camping. ⁣

I usually serve this on its own or over cauliflower rice. ⁣

INGREDIENTS

✅ 500g Lean Ground Beef⁣
✅ 2 Garlic Cloves, minced⁣
✅ 2 Stalks of Green Onion, sliced ⁣
✅ 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced⁣
✅ 1 bunch Asparagus, chopped ⁣
✅ 2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos⁣
✅ 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce⁣
✅ 1/4 cup Thai Basil⁣
✅ Sea Salt to taste ⁣


METHOD

1. Brown the beef in a medium pan over medium heat. Drain any excess fat. ⁣
2. Add the garlic, green onion, ginger and asparagus. Cook until the asparagus is tender, about 4min. ⁣
3. Add the coconut aminos, hot sauce, and basil. Cook for 30 seconds and remove from heat. ⁣
4. Taste and season as needed with salt or additional coconut aminos/ hot sauce. ⁣
