These make a great side and are super easy to make!
✅ 2 medium Yams, scrubbed clean and cut into wedges
✅ 1 Clove of Garlic, minced
✅ 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
✅ 1 tsp Chili Powder 🌶 (Recipe Here)
✅ Sea Salt
1. With the rack in the lowest position, preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. In a large bowl, combine everything together and coat the wedges well.
3. Spread out in a lined baking sheet and bake for 15min. Turn over and cook for an additional 2-5min until fork tender.
