These make a great side and are super easy to make!⁣

𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 ⁣
(𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝟺)⁣

✅ 2 medium Yams, scrubbed clean and cut into wedges⁣
✅ 1 Clove of Garlic, minced ⁣
✅ 1 Tbsp Olive Oil⁣
✅ 1 tsp Chili Powder 🌶 ⁣ (Recipe Here)
✅ Sea Salt ⁣


𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗗 ⁣

1. With the rack in the lowest position, preheat oven to 425 degrees⁣
2. In a large bowl, combine everything together and coat the wedges well. ⁣
3. Spread out in a lined baking sheet and bake for 15min. Turn over and cook for an additional 2-5min until fork tender. ⁣
